Things to Do With Kids Near La Zenia
La Zenia is best known for its beach and for Zenia Boulevard, and it is a comfortable base for a family week. Most of what you need is within a few minutes' drive or a walk along the coast.

Cala Bosque (La Zenia beach)
A sandy bay with a promenade above it and cafés at either end. Easier with children than the rockier coves, and there is space to sit in the shade of the walkway when the sun is high.
Zenia Boulevard
A large open-air shopping centre with restaurants, a cinema and open space. Good in the evening, less good in heavy rain because much of it is outdoors.
The coastal path
You can walk from La Zenia south towards Cabo Roig or north towards Punta Prima along paved and unpaved coastal paths. With children, pick a section and turn back rather than committing to the whole route.
Indoor play nearby
There is no indoor playground in La Zenia itself. The nearest is a few minutes away in Playa Flamenca, inside Centro Comercial Flamenca Beach: Dream Park, with a café so parents can sit while the children play.

Families from La Zenia, Villamartín and Los Dolses regularly hold parties in Playa Flamenca because it is the closest venue with an indoor party space. Availability is requested online and confirmed by the Dream Park team.
